Visitor Connection Form — Privacy Policy

At Christian Development Center ("CDC," "the Church," "we," or "us"), we value your trust and are committed to respecting your privacy. We collect visitor information to build meaningful connections, provide spiritual support, and share opportunities for fellowship.

When completing our Visitor Connection Form, you may voluntarily provide your name, telephone number, email address, mailing address, prayer requests, and other information you choose to share.

CDC may use your information to:

• Welcome you and follow up regarding your visit.
• Respond to questions and prayer requests.
• Provide information about church services, ministries, and events when requested or authorized.
• Maintain appropriate church visitor records.
• Support pastoral care and fellowship.

We respect the personal and spiritual nature of the information entrusted to us.

CDC does not sell or rent visitor information. Access is limited to authorized church personnel and service providers who need the information for legitimate church purposes.

Prayer requests and sensitive personal information will be handled discreetly. We will not intentionally publish personally identifiable prayer requests without permission, except as required by law or when disclosure is otherwise legally permitted and necessary.

4. Information Security

CDC takes reasonable administrative and technical precautions to protect visitor information against unauthorized access, misuse, and disclosure. However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

5. Third-Party Services

CDC may use trusted third-party platforms to collect, store, or manage visitor information. These providers may process information to perform services for the Church, subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

6. Your Choices

You may request to update your information, stop receiving optional communications, or ask that your visitor information be deleted, subject to applicable legal and legitimate recordkeeping requirements.

7. Children

The Visitor Connection Form is intended to be completed by adults. Parents or legal guardians should provide information on behalf of minors.

8. Policy Updates

CDC may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The revised policy will identify its effective date.
